Thank you for checking out our original Sitting Characters—handcrafted with love and full of personality! I’m Teri Burton, the creator behind these adorable figures, and I’ve been making them for over 10 years. They’ve become bestsellers at craft shows and online, and were so popular I even turned them into DIY patterns so others could enjoy making them too!

These handmade characters are dressed in real kid-sized clothing (3T–6), with cozy plaid flannels or sweaters and jeans. Each one is sealed for outdoor display, making them perfect porch sitters year-round—and yes, they’re selfie-ready! Our grandkids, kids, and even adults can’t resist posing with them.

Since every character is hand-painted and dressed individually, shirt colors and facial expressions will vary slightly, giving each one their own unique charm. Want a specific shirt color? Just ask—I'll do my best to coordinate a matching hat and outfit for you.
